Late in week one of my 10k training.

Saturday - 2.3 miles. TERRIBLE.

Monday - 2.0 miles and pretty decent.

Wednesday (today) - 2.5 miles. Pretty good. First and last third were GREAT. Middle third was a bit of a struggle. Mostly having to do with motivation, best I could figure. I didn't feel tired or weak at all, I just had momentary motivation lapses and found myself giving up for no apparent reason.

My stretch/strength/cross training days have been great, however!! :)
