    Wow, all are strangely prophetic and can be made to fit me (like a horoscope).

    1) Mark needs some Director Help
    2) Mark needs part-time and backup nurses now in order to avoid coverage emergencies.
    3) Mark needs some help from up above.
    4) Mark needs Oak Ridge information.
    5) Mark needs to be punished!
    6) Mark needs help to avoid another 2nd-place points finish.
    7) Mark needs to be able to isolate a problem and drill down.
