We are now proud cat parents!This is Emme. She's about 6 months old, gray, very cute, and already a cuddly lap cat (she's half-sleeping, half-purring in my lap as I post this!). We adopted her through Heartland Animal Shelter in Northbrook - a great place, if anyone in the Chicago area is looking for a cat or dog. She's adorable and we are so happy to have her.
