Tonight was perfectly dark and clear enough to give me the perfect glistening view of the entire Chicago skyline illuminated against the night sky as I drove home from my night class. It spread across the near horizon, and as I drove up Lake Shore Drive, it looked as if I were going to drive right into the middle of it. Beautiful. Home.
